​Instructions for Abstract Submission

• All abstracts must be submitted online.

• Please email your abstract to IDEAS2024@nus.edu.sg

• Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent via e-mail.

• Please make sure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after you submit an abstract.

• If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact the secretariat at IDEAS2024@nus.edu.sg

Presentation Format

​

The Scientific Program Committee reviews each abstract that is submitted. You will be notified of abstract acceptance and the format of presentation on or after 18 Oct 2024.

Abstract Categories

​

When submitting abstracts, authors must indicate the category which is most relevant to the research they wish to present at the meeting.

• Technological developments

• Performance metrics and endpoints for AI in endoscopy

• Clinical integration and implementation

• Training and education

• Health economics

Abstract Formatting

• Abstract titles may not be longer than 255 characters, including spaces and must be fully capitalized.

• Abstracts should be limited to 300 words, and include subheadings of Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusion.

• Abstracts may include up to two images OR tables.

• Images will only be accepted in gif, png, tiff, tif, jpg, or jpeg formats (PDFs will not be accepted).

• Tables must be submitted as an image file type.

• Abbreviations should be used in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears.
