Biosketch
Dr. Silin Huang is an Associate Chief Physician and Gastroenterologist at the South China Hospital of Shenzhen University, China, and an associate professor at the School of Medicine, Shenzhen University. He currently serves as the director of the Gastroenterology Division. Dr. Huang is a distinguished talent in the Shenzhen health system, a visiting scholar at Fukuoka University in Japan, an executive director of the Minimally Invasive Digestive Endoscopy Alliance of the World Association of Endoscopists, and a member of the Gastroenterology Equipment and Technology Branch of the Chinese Medical Equipment Association. He is also a member of the Digestive Endoscopy Branch of the Cross-Strait Medical and Health Exchange Association, deputy leader of the youth group, and deputy director of the Integrated Hepatoenterology Professional Committee of the Guangdong Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. Dr. Huang is keenly interested in endoscopic screening for early gastrointestinal tumors and Super minimally invasive surgery,such as ESD, EFTR, POEM, etc., and promotes the clinical work of early gastrointestinal tumor screening and Super minimally invasive surgery at the South China Hospital of Shenzhen University, China. His research interests also include studying the innovation and development of digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment technology and equipment, Helicobacter pylori, and gut microbiota. Additionally, Dr. Huang's research integrates artificial intelligence into endoscopy and endoscopic innovations, and he participates in a number of artificial intelligence clinical research projects.
